1. Who we are

Kaptureflo is operated by Farpoint Technologies Private Limited, located at Aspire Coworks No.39/7-1, Third (3rd) Floor, 7th Main, Opposite Dr. Ambedkar College Ground, Appareddy Palya, Indiranagar, Bengaluru North, 560038. You can reach us at info@kaptureflo.com.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Kaptureflo marketing platform, why we collect it, how it is handled, and how you can exercise your data rights.

2. What we collect

  • Account: email and profile data via Supabase Auth (email and password, or Google sign-in).
  • Brand and workspace content: brand profile, generated content, generation history, saved tasks, and calendar items.
  • Shopify store data (only after the seller connects): products, orders, refunds, and customer records. Permissions requested: read_products, read_orders, read_customers, and read_price_rules. Used for personalising content, customer segments, and the campaigns the seller approves. Order and refund updates arrive by webhook.
  • Meta account data (only after the seller connects): access token, ad accounts, campaigns, ad insights, and pages. Permissions requested: ads_management, ads_read, business_management, and pages_show_list. Used to show results, prepare campaigns, and, when the seller approves, create them in the seller's own ad account, always created paused. Tokens are stored encrypted on the server and never shown in the browser.
  • Storefront events (only if the merchant installs the Signals snippet on their own store): page views, product views, add to cart, and checkout events, tied to the merchant's own known customers.
  • Messaging provider keys the seller supplies (WhatsApp provider, email provider): stored server side. We also record delivery and opt-out status for messages the seller sends.
  • Payments: handled by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
  • Usage and billing logs: tool usage and credit use.

3. Shopify permissions

Shopify data is products, orders, refunds, and customer records. This data is used for personalising content, customer segments, and the campaigns the seller approves. Order and refund updates arrive by webhook.

  • ads_read: to read ad accounts, campaigns and ad insights to show results.
  • business_management: to work with the seller's business and ad accounts they connect.
  • pages_show_list: to list the seller's pages.

Meta data is used only to provide the features the seller asked for. Ads are created paused, only after the seller approves, and only in the seller's own ad account.
